The Association has selected Inspector Name as the independent Inspector of Election. The objective is to conduct the election process professionally and as efficiently as possible.
Pursuant to California Civil Code §5115 (as amended effective January 1, 2025), notice of the Meeting will be held as follows:

The Board of Directors encourages all members to attend and participate in the election of directors. Ballots and candidate information have been distributed in accordance with the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act.
